 Vibro finishing Machine This machine uses the principle of centrifugal force to cause vibrations to the work bowl thereby processing the components to the desired finish.Comprising a work bowl mounted on a rigid base frame, the entire machine is fabricated out of mild steel.Ceramed’s Vibro finishing machine uses a powerful vibratory motor, made of special grade casting, and heavy duty spherical roller bearings. Springs are provided between the work bowl and base frame. |

In operation, a mass of components along with a suitable ceramic media and chemical compound is poured into the work bowl to which is added a required quantity of water. Then this whole mixture rotates inside the bowl in a spiral and rotary motion causing the ceramic media to rub against the components continuously thus imparting the desired finish to the components. The machine is manufactured in two models, the CN and CM models.The CN series has a separation mechanism built into it to automatically separate the components from the media at the end of the process |

To cater to the low volume of components we have a table top version of the vibro finishing machine, the VTT-12 model. This machine has a capacity of 12 litres and can process a batch quantity of approximately 3 kgs. |
Vibra Polisher This machine has a work bowl that is rectangular in shape. The action of the Ceramic media on the components is rapid and is in a spiral motion. The process time is short and best suited for components which require light deburring and polishing. |

The chemical compound can also be recycled. The entire unit can be moved to any desired location on the shop floor since it is mounted on castor wheels. |

CCF Series The first in the range of Centrifugal High Energy Finishing Machines, the CCF model machine works on the principle of Centrifugal force being imparted to the rotating barrels which hold the components and Ceramic media. The machine essentially consists of 4 hexagonal barrels mounted on a rotating turret. The design enables high pressure to build up inside the barrels causing the Ceramic media to rub vigorously against the components thereby imparting the desired finish.The basic advantage of this series of machines is shorter time cycles and high quality finish for small components. |
CPM Series This machine is ideally suited for jewellery and similar components. The machine features a variable frequency drive for speed control. Also the liners inside the barrels are replaceable polyurethane. This machine is compact and uses the latest technology in the transmission of rotary motion. The equipment can be supplied with stainless steel barrels for specific processes. |
