Vibratory
finishing is a surface preparation process in which the workpiece and
finish media are subjected to a controlled gyratory vibration.
The interaction between the finishing media and the workpiece results
in deburring, descaling, rounding of corners and polishing
of the workpiece.

Process
Characteristics
- Is commonly used for
deburring, radiusing and cleaning
- Process internal and external surfaces
- Lends itself to automation of work loading and
unloading
- Is significantly faster than rotary barrel
finishing
- Uses a wide range of abrasive and finishing media
